I have been cooking professionally for thirty years plus and have worked in every area of the food business.
I began in the restaurant business back in Boston and moved to NY shortly thereafter. In the city I found myself working with a well known caterer named Martha Stewart- way before she was famous and from there my culinary journey began to move quickly.
After catering, food writing, recipe development, food styling, private chef positions and consulting for restaurants and food products I have landed in LA nine years ago and teach full time.
